What do we do?
- Support the coaches within their own clubs.
- Offer coaching to Clubs that do not have their own coaches.
- Organise coaching clinics and workshops for archers.
- Provide coach training and development programmes.
- Maintain a library of books, dvds and leaflets etc , which can be used as a reference by any of our members.
- Ensure coaches are kept up to date with the latest developments in coaching, for example the UK Coaching Framework.
- Have representation on the County and Regional Association Committees.
