Club Officials
It is so easy to forget the contribution that our club officials
make so please make an effort to help them do their role! Help the treasurer to do her job, pay your subs regularly, sign
the attendance form etc, send your scores in to the Club Records Officer, mention any concerns to the Club Safety Officer,
let the Club Secretary know if you have not received your membership form, magazine etc and keep the equipment boxes tidy
for the Equipment Officer.
If a social event is organized do not leave it until the last moment to confirm your attendance
and last but not least READ the Newsletter to keep in touch!!!

Club Safety Officer
A job description has been drawn up for the above position,
with the growth of the club both in numbers and venues it requires someone to maintain a focus on this important area.
The committee will discuss the appointment at the next meeting, anyone wanting to register their interest should contact
Mary or Janet.
If you want to see the job description it will be added to the club website over Easter. A
candidate with the appropriate skills has been identified.
