Club Challenge League
During nominated months members may challenge each other to a 12 arrow match, shot in 4 ends of 3 arrows. There
will be 3 categories, recurve, compound and longbow.
Points will be awarded on the following basis; Senior v Senior (and junior v junior)= 3 points for a win, 2 points for
a draw and 1 point for a lose. Senior v Junior = Seniors as before but juniors will get 4 points for a win, 3 points for a
draw and 2 points for a lose. Matches can be shot at Birdlip, Balcarras, Bubbs Hill, High Cross or as part of a formal
competition where a selected dozen has been prior to the shoot.
Whilst we encourage all members to shoot in this competition, the following members will not be eligible for the
monthly trophies: Coaches, Archery Leaders and archers with MB or GMB clasification. No archer is allowed
to win the trophy more than once every 3 months.
Club Monthly League
The next month selected for our Club H2H Challenge is September at Bubbs Hill
and High Cross and will be shot either at outdoor distances agreed between opponents (normally each shoots at their National
distance for their age group or on 4 selected targets on the Field Course).
