Summary of Awards & Achievements for 2007

The Annual Awards were made at our Club Christmas Beetle Drive and the following highlights some of our members achievements during 2007.

Introduction

In reality members of Deer Park Archers are all winners, if you look at the fun and friendship that we have shared on so many occasions this year and combine that with the excellent facilities we have at Bubbs Hill, Balcarras and Birdlip and add to that the superb field course at High Cross then we must count ourselves lucky. The other essential ingredient is the members themselves; Are they friendly? Will they help? Do they care? Well the good news is ‘yes’ they do and that is why we are able to run so many social events and fun shoots and why we are fortunate enough to have good coaches and archery leaders. So lets celebrate together the success of just a few of our members tonight for their achievements during 2007 as well as celebrating the success of our great club!
