Longbow Making Courses
During March no
less than 8 of our members will be doung weekend longbow making courses. We look forward to seeing the final product and them
being used of the field course!
Formal Courses our members

Ø 4 coaches have attended Level 2 courses Ø 7 attended Level 1 courses Ø 2 members attended the ‘Role of
the volunteer coordinator’ course. Ø 2 members attended the ‘Club for All’ workshop. Ø 4 members attended a ‘First Response’ First aid course. Ø 4 members attended the ‘Positive
behavior Management’ Course. Ø 2 members attended modules of the Senior Coach Programme. Ø

members attended the ‘Safeguarding and Protecting Children’ workshops. Ø 1 member attended the 3 day Disability
Workshop at Lilleshall. Ø 1 member attended the 3 day National Coaching Conference. Ø
6 members attended the ‘Autistic
Spectrum Disorder Training’ workshops
Beginners Courses we ran during 2009/Feb 2010
If you include all the
standard 6 week Beginners Courses run inhouse, the 8 week School Beginners courses run at school venues then during this period
we have run courses for WELL OVER 200 PEOPLE, with over 2/3 of those being juniors!
